Refunds & Cancellations — Mudiali Club This policy is Mudiali Club's, for passes, services and donations paid for on this site or in the eDurgaPuja app. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR). Passes - A pass is confirmed once payment succeeds. Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable once issued, except as below. - If you are charged but no pass is issued — for example, your 10-minute hold ran out while the payment was in progress — the full amount is refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. You do not need to ask; these payments are identified automatically. - If the committee cancels the date or time slot of your pass, the full amount is refunded within 5–7 working days. - An unpaid reservation is released automatically after 10 minutes. Nothing is charged. Services - A service can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before its slot. After that it is non-refundable. - If the committee cannot provide a service you paid for, the full amount is refunded within 5–7 working days. Donations - Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. - A duplicate or mistaken donation charge is refunded in full if you tell us within 7 days of the payment. How to ask Contact the committee using the details on the Contact page, with your mobile number and the payment reference shown after paying (it begins with PAY-). Refunds go back to the original payment method; the time the money takes to appear after that depends on your bank.
