These terms apply to passes, services and donations offered by Shib Mandir Sarbojanin ("the committee") for Shib Mandir, through this website and the eDurgaPuja app. 1. Who you are dealing with Passes, services and donations on this page are sold by, and paid to, Shib Mandir Sarbojanin. eDurgaPuja provides the booking platform on the committee's behalf. Payments are processed by the committee's payment gateway; card and bank details are entered on the gateway's own page and never reach the committee or eDurgaPuja. 2. Your account You are identified by the mobile number you verify with a one-time code. Anything bought with that number belongs to it, and can be seen by signing in to the eDurgaPuja app with the same number. Keep your phone and codes to yourself. 3. Prices All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are shown before you pay. The amount you are charged is the amount shown on the payment screen. 4. Passes and entry A pass admits its holder to Shib Mandir on the date, and in the time slot, it shows. It is checked at the gate and cannot be used twice. Entry is subject to the committee's rules on the day, including crowd control, security checks and instructions from volunteers and the police. The committee may delay or pause entry for safety. 5. Reservations Choosing a pass holds it for 10 minutes while you pay. If payment is not completed in that time the hold is released and nothing is charged. 6. Services and donations Services are provided by the committee as described on this page. Donations are made to the committee for the purpose stated. 7. Refunds Refunds and cancellations are covered by the committee's Refunds & Cancellations policy on this site. 8. Changes The committee may change these terms; the version on this page when you pay is the one that applies to that purchase. 9. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction. 10.
